About the Founder
Eric brings experience from leading large law firms in Singapore with international reach, advising global corporates, multi-generational businesses, venture funds and innovative start-ups on complex transactional, commercial, and regulatory matters. Eric has significant expertise in the life sciences & healthcare, consumer, luxury and lifestyle, and technology sectors.
Eric advises on cross-border transactions and high-stakes negotiations, guiding boards on end-to-end mandates from pre-acquisition structuring to post-merger integration, corporate turnarounds, and complex group and organisational restructurings that demand high levels of sensitivity. His approach combines practical, efficient and multi-dimensional solutions with a keen focus on managing legal and regulatory risks.
Eric also provides strategic guidance on sensitive regulatory investigations, dismissals for cause, alleged discrimination, non-compete issues, and ESOP matters. His practice further encompasses the legal and commercial implications of cybersecurity, data protection and privacy, including data breach management and risk mitigation, as well as anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance across business operations.
He has advised global clients on establishing and expanding their Singapore operations, providing comprehensive legal support for cross-functional teams. In the venture capital space, he has guided high-growth companies, including unicorns and leading emerging companies, through fundraising rounds, offering strategic and commercially pragmatic counsel.
Eric was recognised by Asian Legal Business as one of Asia’s 40 Under 40 Lawyers in 2025 for advising on mandates involving cutting-edge issues and complex regulatory and commercial dimensions, including the structuring of a pioneering healthcare group at the intersection of preventive medicine, AI and wellness.
